Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
This website belongs to Artesia Roofing Pros, a roofing company working in Artesia, California and the surrounding area. By browsing these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
The site is informational. It describes our services, how we work and how to reach us. It does not sell anything online and does not take payments.
General Information Only
Our pages explain things like how flashing fails, why underlayment matters under tile and what moves the cost of a reroof. That is general background, not a diagnosis of your roof. Every roof has its own pitch, deck condition, layers and ventilation, and only an inspection on site can tell you what yours needs. Please do not rely on the website alone to make repair or safety decisions.
Estimates, Schedules and Agreements
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a contract. Scope, price and timing for any job are set in a written estimate and agreement after we look at your roof.
Dates and arrival windows we give are planned in good faith. Rain, material deliveries, permit timing or what we find once old roofing comes off can move a schedule. When that happens, we tell you what changed and give you a revised plan. The written agreement for your job controls over anything said on this site.
Contacting Us
The phone is the only way to reach us through this website. Calling (562) 568-5069 is how you set up an inspection or ask a question. A call does not create a contract or commit you to any work.
Content and Ownership
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Artesia Roofing Pros or are used with permission. You may read and share pages for personal use. Please do not copy, republish or sell the content without our written consent.
Limits of Responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent California law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the website's general information instead of an on-site assessment.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions about them can be raised by phone at (562) 568-5069.
